Fatima’s journey with Maynard Leigh began in June 2015 as our Production Administrator, where she was the glue that kept our office and studios running efficiently. By 2018, her role evolved, and she thrived as one of our Client Engagement Managers. Here, Fatima honed her project management skills, expertly handling the logistics of global training programs – mastering scheduling, event planning, and travel arrangements to meet our clients’ diverse needs.
Fast forward to 2023, and Fatima is now an essential part of our Business Development Team as an Account Executive. As a primary contact for programme and training enquiries, she collaborates closely with clients to understand their organisational requirements. Then, together with our content experts, Fatima crafts bespoke training solutions designed to not only meet but exceed expectations.
Before her impactful tenure at Maynard Leigh, Fatima dedicated herself to supporting students with disabilities and learning difficulties at the University of East London. Her academic background includes a BSc in Psychology from the University of Westminster, and she has a passionate interest in furthering her studies in Clinical Psychology.
Beyond her professional life, Fatima is an avid traveller, enjoys time with her family, and delights in the discovery of new and exciting cuisines from across the globe.
