Simone Watson-Brown (SWB) – (she/her) is a Performance and Impact Coach, Anti-racism Consultant / Trainer and Creative & Corporate Facilitator & Theatre Director and has worked for Maynard Leigh for over 10 years.
Previous to this, SWB worked in the creative and cultural sector for 20 years and now uses her background in Theatre to bring creative, experiential, interactive and engaging learning into the training room.
SWB brings experience of working with clients from Executive Directors, SLT’s and Board Members to middle managers and graduate recruits, across a range of sectors in the areas of communication skills, personal, performance and leadership impact and specialises in Diversity and Inclusion training and consultancy (with a specific focus on anti-racism). She is also co-creator of acclaimed Five Pillars: An introduction to Anti-Racism training workshop for cultural and public sector organisations.
Recent clients include; Deliveroo, Roland Berger, Capgemini, The Garden TV Production company, Simon Kucher, Parker Hannifin, BT, CheckIT, Mercer, to name a few.

In a previous life, Simone founded and was the CEO of a Dramatic Momentum; a social enterprise dedicated to using innovative tools and techniques from the world of theatre and performing arts to creatively engage and equip people from underserved backgrounds with vital employability, communication, leadership, teamwork, public speaking and presentation skills needed to be successful at work including,
Simone is now dedicated to supporting organisations to develop and demonstrates this in the work she does as a Board Member / Trustee for three arts education charities; Chain Reaction Theatre, Diverse Voices and Purple Moon Drama CIC.
