Susie is an ICF accredited executive coach, as well as a performance coach and workshop facilitator, specialising in presentation, communication, creativity, innovation and leadership development.

Over 20 years a Maynard Leigh Associate, her broad range of clients includes: Aardman Animations, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Telekom, FareShare, Capgemini, T- Mobile, Orange, EE, Santander, NHS, Bertelsmann Arvato, Humankind, and Travis Perkins.

Her background in the performing arts inspires and influences her coaching and facilitation.

She understands the tendency that we can be our own worst critic, alongside the challenge of how to be yourself under pressure. She is a passionate champion of the importance of body language and a strong voice, to help free the tyranny of living in one’s head, to create impactful and memorable communication.

As a leadership coach, she believes in humanity, vitality and meaning inside and outside the workplace.
