Tolu is the Programme Manager for Maynard Leigh Associates. She is responsible for steering projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery of exceptional value within the organisation. Since joining Maynard Leigh in 2022, she has applied her passion for value-driven results to manage and execute projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Prior to Maynard Leigh, Tolu worked within a wide variety of sectors, and this has provided her with the expertise and the experience that enables her to bring a comprehensive skill set and a broad perspective to navigate complex challenges and deliver successful outcomes.

She is PRINCE2 certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature.

Outside of her professional role, Tolu is committed to humanitarian causes, particularly in helping underprivileged children. She set up a charity in 2006 for the emancipation of children in developing countries and has actively worked with children and families in slum communities to address both educational and economic poverty. This commitment reflects her belief in the power of transformative action, both within and beyond the workplace.
